How do I convert India time to USA time zones?

What is the time difference between IST and EST?
IST is typically 10.5 hours ahead of EST. During US Daylight Saving (March-November), IST is 9.5 hours ahead of EDT. The dashboard shows current accurate offsets.
Does this tool account for Daylight Saving Time?
Yes. DST status is shown for each zone: "Yes" (currently in DST), "No" (not in DST), or "N/A" (zone never observes DST like India, KSA).
How do I plan a meeting across multiple time zones?
Use the Meeting Planner. Select your IST date and time, and all zone equivalents update instantly. Times outside 09:00-18:00 local are highlighted.
Is my data stored or tracked?
No. This tool runs 100% in your browser. Custom city preferences are stored locally in localStorage only. No server communication.

What is the time difference between India and UK?
IST is 5.5 hours ahead of GMT in winter, 4.5 hours ahead during British Summer Time (March-October).
