1. Context
Restaurants are bombarded with tools. SnapMenuAI’s advantage is that it connects website, phone, QR ordering and promotions into one AI-driven workflow. The challenge was to explain this simply without hiding the AI magic.
2. Positioning the platform
We framed SnapMenuAI as a commerce operating system for restaurants:
- CommerceAI – smart website & in-dining ordering.
- VoiceAI – phone ordering assistant that never misses a call.
- PromoFlowAI – targeted campaigns and offers.
- Menu Builder – the source of truth for menus across channels.
Instead of four products, we described one flow: discovery → ordering → repeat visits.
3. Assets and enablement
- Core narrative and messaging hierarchy for the website.
- Decks for restaurant owners, ISOs and POS partners.
- Onboarding scripts and documentation for sales and success.
- Early SEO structure targeting US restaurant segments.
4. Impact & next steps
The work created a single language for the team to sell and build against. New features plugged naturally into the story instead of creating confusion. As partnerships with POS vendors expand, this foundation makes localisation and vertical-specific messaging much easier.
